Wine, Oak & Time

Discover the fascinating evolution of eight Brick Bay red wines built to last, tasted alongside carefully curated small plates designed to elevate each wine.

Guided by Cameron Douglas MS, New Zealand’s first Master Sommelier, this intimate winter event is an unprecedented opportunity to taste rare Brick Bay vintages from the cellar, including wines dating back to 2005.

With very limited quantities remaining, this may be one of the last chances to experience these older wines in a guided tasting.

Each small plate has been developed in collaboration with Head Chef Cam Cook and Cameron Douglas MS to complement the wines without overpowering them, revealing how food, structure, oak, fruit and time can transform the tasting experience.

The evening will begin with a welcome cocktail, followed by a guided tasting of eight Brick Bay red wines across Pharos and Martello Rock, with matched small plates served throughout.
