Fire & Feast 2026 - One night only!

The fires are being lit once again.

Fire & Feast returns to launch Brick Bay’s 2026 Winter Series — one unforgettable night of flame, rhythm, bold flavour, and shared celebration. After two sold-out events last year, Fire & Feast is back for one night only… and once it’s gone, it won’t return until winter 2027. Probably.

As the night draws in and the fires glow, gather with us for an evening of warmth, bold flavours, and vibrant performance.

Long communal tables, live percussion, roaming fire performers, and soulful winter dishes set the scene for Brick Bay’s most atmospheric night of the season.

This year's menu features:

• Lamb neck bitterballen
• Halloumi, tiger prawn & chorizo skewers with chipotle aioli
• Grilled garlic flatbread
• Warm roasted garden vegetable salad with dukkah & green goddess
• Southern Bluefin tuna ceviche with blood orange, capers, crème fraîche & rhubarb vinegar
• Pure South sirloin with chimichurri
• Celeriac rémoulade
• Warm persimmon crumble with smoked yoghurt crémeux & lemon zest

Expect firelight, rhythm, bold seasonal flavours, and an atmosphere that invites connection — whether with old friends or new ones across the table.

Special Feature: Exclusive Fire & Feast cocktails will be available to purchase on the night, created especially for the event.

• Time: From 6 PM
• Price: $98 per person
• Seating: Large shared tables. If you’d like to be seated with friends on another booking, please include a note with your booking or contact us in advance.
• Dietary Note: This is a set menu event. We may not be able to accommodate all dietary requirements. Fire & Feast is designed around a shared menu featuring meat and seafood dishes, so we may not be able to cater for vegetarian diets.
• Children: Fire & Feast is designed as an adult-focused evening. While children are welcome, tickets are full price and there is no separate kids' menu—meals will be served as part of the shared set menu.
• Performances: The evening will feature fire performance by Pyra and traditional African drumming rhythms from Rhythm Circles. Fire performances are weather dependent, and if conditions require changes, we’ll adapt the evening experience where needed.
• Cancellations: Refunds (minus a $5 admin fee) are available up to 72 hours before the event. Cancellations within 72 hours are non-refundable; however, tickets may be transferred to another guest.
• In case of event cancellation: Full refunds will be issued.
• Menu subject to change based on seasonal availability.
