Seating Arrangements: Please email Cherie at functions@brickbay.co.nz if you wish to be seated next to another booking. Include the names associated with the other booking.
Dietary Information: Please be aware that this is a set menu, and we may not be able to accommodate all dietary requirements. If you have specific needs, please contact Cherie at functions@brickbay.co.nz before making your booking.
Cancellations: Please cancel as early as possible to allow us to fill your spot. Cancellations made up to 72 hours before the event are eligible for a refund, minus a $5 per ticket cancellation fee. Cancellations within 72 hours of the event are non-refundable.
Ticket Policy: Tickets are valid only for the date of the event and are non-transferable.
Event Cancellation: In the unlikely situation that this event is cancelled, all tickets will be refunded in full.
