Simon Lewis Wards - Candyman (White, Yellow, Pink, Green)

Simon Lewis Wards is an Auckland-based artist widely known for celebrating youth and kiwiana in his art. His Candyman sculptures make a humorous and playful reference to the lollies bought from the corner dairy and fit within his wider practice of using the cast glass and cast ceramic techniques to create pop kiwiana sculptures which look almost edible.
