WINEMAKER'S LUNCH: PINOT GRIS

We’re celebrating the release of our 2016 Brick Bay Pinot Gris with a very special lunch showcasing the versatility of this variety. Our chefs have crafted a series of dishes to compliment the brilliance of  Pinot Gris.

Thursday 17th August 

Join us and Winemaker James Rowan for a 3 course lunch featuring Brick Bay produce and a variety of flavour profiles. Each course will be matched with a 50ml pour of Brick Bay Pinot Gris, ranging from our new release 2016, through to some rare vintages from our cellar. Experience this aromatic wine in all its guises. 

$49 per person, 3 dishes + wine pairing

Join us for dinner in The Glass House Kitchen; our chefs create a wonderful set menu featuring seasonal produce sourced from our gardens, orchards and the wider local area.
