Brick Bay is our passion; since 1986 our blood, sweat and tears have flowed into the soil of this land, our laughter and stories resonate in the salty sea breezes. This land nurtures us and inspires us. Our vision for the future: environmental stewardship, imagining beauty, achieving intergenerational growth.

Situated on the coast in the Matakana Wine Region, our 200 acres hosts a boutique vineyard, an extensive outdoor sculpture trail, an architectural-award winning restaurant, in the midst of an idyllic landscape of farmed pasture and native bush.

We are proud to present an open air exhibition of over 60 large-scale sculptures by New Zealand’s leading contemporary sculptors, set in a landscape of towering native trees, majestic palms and precious kauri forest alive with birdsong.

Our Sculpture Trust operates as a charitable trust with surplus revenue available to selected artists to assist in the creation of new sculpture.

Here at Brick Bay, with just under 4 hectares planted in vines, we believe that it is this special environment that makes our wines unique, as the influences of soil and climate define each vintage. 

Because we are passionate about what we do, striving for excellence without compromise, we gather around us valued people who are equally passionate about their role as part of the Brick Bay Team

We make a focussed range of boutique wines from grapes grown on site in our sustainably accredited vineyard. Our honey comes from our own hives, extra virgin olive oil is handpicked from our olive groves which overlook the bay. Honest Chocolat make handcrafted artisan chocolates using our Brick Bay produce.
